On page 9-99 of the RV14 plans, between #6 & #7 there is a NOTE to taper the pilot of a #40 countersink cutter per figure 4 to aid in the countersinking of the holes in the angled trailing edge wedge.

We now offer a #40 countersink cutter with the pilot precision ground to an angle per the plans.
